The hair-straightening treatment known as the Brazilian Blowout was nothing short of a revolution for women with curly or hard-to-tame hair. But high levels of formaldehyde used in the original treatment has caused concern, both for stylists and their clients, and in some places, the treatments have been banned, regulated or reformulated. AP - Police in northeastern Brazil say they have arrested a man accused of sexually abusing his daughter for 12 years and fathering her two children.
