Correction: Brazil-Crash Anniversary story (AP) Posted: 01 Oct 2008 09:16 AM CDT AP - In a Sept. 29 story about the two-year anniversary of a 2006 collision between an executive jet and a passenger jet in Brazil, The Associated Press mistakenly said that the Folha de S. Paulo newspaper reported investigators ruled out neglect by air traffic controllers. The newspaper reported that an investigative report ruled out air traffic control system equipment as a collision cause.
