Workers inspect three collapsed buildings in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Wednesday Feb. 1, 2012. A 20-story building collapsed in Rio's center a week earlier, causing the destruction of two smaller ones and killing at least 17 people. The sudden collapse of the enormous buildings in this seaside Olympic city's center along with other accidents involving infrastructure in the past year are contributing to a growing concern about Rio de Janeiro's readiness to host the finals of the 2014 World Cup as well as the 2016 Olympics.
